Djojo Boentoro

Indonesian Citizen, born in 1957. He was appointed as our Commissioner since June 2016.

He has served as President Director since 2004 and as Chief Executive Officer since 2012. He is also currently a Commissioner or Director of certain of our subsidiaries, as well as the commissioner of PT Multi Foresta Investama and the president director of PT Nityasa Dinamika.

He joined our Group in 1991 as our Director and subsequently became our Deputy President Director in 2001, a position he held until 2004. Prior to that, he held various positions as the corporate planning manager, wood working division head and director in PT Sumalindo Lestari Jaya Tbk from 1983 to 2000.

He was also a corporate research and development department head in PT Taman Harapan Indah, part of the Dharmala Group, from 1980 to 1983. He obtained hisBachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Bogor Agricultural Institute, Indonesia in 1980.
