DSNG Promotes Employee Skill Enhancement Through Individual Training Experiences

Muara Wahau, June 19, 2024 – As a leading palm oil industry player in East Kalimantan, PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) has implemented training through individual experience approaches to enhance its employees’ skills. This initiative addresses operational field requirements and aims to boost the company’s productivity.

Anjar Dwi Nugroho, Regional Head of East Kalimantan at DSNG, explained that individual experience training is an approach that allows each employee to grow and develop effectively, aligning with their working rights.

“Currently, the company has implemented various individual training programs such as mentorship for all new employees and technical training related to job duties and workplace safety,” stated Anjar.

The company’s competency development program uses an integrated approach designed to consider individual needs, organizational goals, and business targets both in the short and long term. Annually, DSNG conducts at least 200 training sessions involving more than 4,000 employees across various levels and functions. As trainers, the company leverages its superior human resources to share knowledge and skills with other employees, while also engaging external training providers as needed.

Providing opportunities for employees to grow and develop is a long-term commitment and strategy of the company to drive productivity and ensure sustainable business operations.
