DSN Will Pay Dividend of Rp 50 per share

Jakarta, 18 March 2015 – PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (“the Company”) today held the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM), followed by the Public Expose in JS Luwansa Hotel and Convention Center, Jakarta.

One of the AGM agenda is the use of Net Profit for the financial year ended December 31, 2014. The Company booked net profit of Rp 649.79 billion that was distributed as cash dividends of Rp 50, – (fifty Rupiah) per share, or approximately 16.31% of the Company’s net income,  Rp 20 billion or 3.08% used for the reserve fund and the rest is recorded as retained earnings.

In the EGM, the Company submitted a plan to conduct the Capital Increases Without Pre-emptive right as much as 168 million (one hundred and sixty eight million) shares or 7.93% of the total Company’s shares, with a nominal value of Rp 100 (one hundred Rupiah).

In 2014, the company booked a net profit of Rp 649.8 billion, an increase of 201.3% compare to the previous year that reached Rp 215.7 billion. The increase in net income was primarily driven by an increase in the Company’s earnings from the palm oil segment. During the twelve months of last year, the Company earned a net income of Rp 4.90 trillion, an increase of 27.5% compared to the year 2013.

Djojo Boentoro, President Director of PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk, said “in 2014, DSN Group was able to maintain a good operating performance. Production of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) reached 1.38 million tons, an increase of 10.9% compared to the production in 2013 that only about 1.24 million tons. Of this amount, the nucleus production in 2014 reached 1.26 million tons, an increase of 9.1% compared to 2013.”
