Ketut Sunarta

Indonesian citizen, born in 1960. He was appointed as a Member of Audit Committee of the Company since 30 April 2021.

Currently he also serves as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Pakuan Bogor, since 2012 and the President Commissioner of PT Synerga Tata Internasional since 2013. Previously he was  a member of the Audit Committee of PT Madusari Murni Indah Tbk until February 2021.

Previously, he held various positions at PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) (1996-2016) with the last position as Head of the Internal Control Unit, General Manager (2012-2016). In addition, he also served as as Chairman of the Tax Auditor Expert Team in the Joint Team for the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) – Directorate General of Taxes, Ministry of Finance (1989-1996).

He graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN) in 1989, and continued his Masters in Management at the University of Indonesia,  graduated in 1995.
