Danny Walla
ChairmanIndonesian citizen, born in 1945. He was appointed as the Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company since April 30, 2021.
He currently serves as Independent Commissioner of the Company. In addition, he also serves as a Commissioner of PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk since 2010.
Previously he served as a President Commissioner of PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero) 2005-2015 and Non-Executive Chairman Metax Engineering Corp. Ltd. (Singapore) in 2006-2008. He has a long career in Astra Group for more than 30 years .
He served as Director of PT Astra International Tbk (1990-2005), President Director, Commissioner and President Commissioner of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk, President Director and President Commissioner of PT Astra Agro Lestari and PT Sumalindo Lestari Jaya from 1999-2001.
Since 2005 until now, he was the advisor of Board of Directors of PT Toyota Tsusho Indonesia. Since 1971-2005 held several key positions at PT Federal Motor (PT Astra Honda Motor). Graduates from Mechanical Engineering of Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1971.
